Dear NWCS Community,

To better serve our customers and support the smooth operation of NWCS, registration for Fall 2025 semester will be handled through our new portal at NWCS Family Portal instead of this website.

Important: Due to security enhancements and technical limitations, existing user accounts and credentials from this system cannot be transferred to the new portal. Please register a new account with the new system.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you better with our improved registration system.


If you or your children have ever enrolled since 2002-2003 fall semester or are currently enrolled in NWCS, your family has an account already. Please contact support@nwchinese.org if you are not sure whether your family has an account in SIS. To access your account, you need to logon to SIS with your email address associated with your family account and a password. Click here to retrieve your initial password if it is your first time logon.

If you have never enrolled in NWCS, please register your family and wait for school administration's approval.
